ISOMAR® is a saline solution based on pure seawater with a naturally decongestant effect on the upper and lower respiratory tracts. It dissolves excess mucus through an osmotic effect. It consists of 100% seawater: from the Cinque Terre marine protected area, where the water is enriched with a variety of ions (Mg, Cu, Fe, Zn, etc.) that are not found in other seas.
