Promotes awareness, development, and active control of weakened pelvic floor muscles

Product information

A weakened or overstretched pelvic floor muscle is often the cause of bladder weakness. Due to the significant strain during pregnancy and childbirth, as well as hormonal changes during menopause, the tension of the pelvic floor muscles decreases, preventing them from fulfilling their function. Targeted training with the ELANEE pelvic floor training aids Phase I can actively and naturally counteract this. The set consists of 4 Kegels with different weights that allow for active training and help to gradually strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. For training, one Kegel is inserted vaginally and worn twice daily for up to 10 minutes.

Contents:

  • 4 tampon-shaped Kegels with different weights: yellow (20g), blue (28g), green (52g), purple (71g)
  • 1 Exercise booklet
  • 1 Instruction manual

Areas of application

The training is suitable for women

  • during pregnancy and after childbirth to prevent pelvic floor issues and to support recovery and/or
  • for prevention, alleviation, and correction of bladder weakness due to stress incontinence, especially during menopause and perimenopause.

The active pelvic floor training aids ELANEE Phase I are not suitable for any purposes other than those listed.

Areas of application:

  • During an uncomplicated pregnancy, training with ELANEE pelvic floor training aids Phase I active can strengthen the pelvic floor and prevent potential follow-up problems.
  • After childbirth, you can resume training as soon as the cervix is closed (after about 6 weeks). When in doubt, consult your doctor or midwife.
  • Training with the ELANEE pelvic floor training aids Phase I active can bring the desired success in ineffective, non-invasive pelvic floor training due to the lack of sensation for the pelvic floor muscles.
  • The ELANEE pelvic floor training aids Phase I active are also suitable for treating pelvic floor weaknesses due to bladder weakness (stress incontinence). However, bladder problems have various causes. Other causes of existing urinary incontinence should be ruled out in advance by your doctor and/or midwife.

Functionality

The pelvic floor is a flat, elastic muscle plate about the size of a hand that is located between the pubic bone, the tailbone, and the buttocks. It supports the internal organs in the abdominal cavity. The urethra, vagina, and anus pass through the pelvic floor.
Pregnancy and childbirth, hormonal changes/deficiencies during menopause or perimenopause, intense physical exertion, or overweight can lead to overstretching or weakening of the pelvic floor. The consequences can be urinary incontinence (stress incontinence) or a misalignment of the organs in the lower abdomen.

However, the pelvic floor can be strengthened through training just like any other muscle. A strong pelvic floor can also positively affect sexual desire.

The active pelvic floor training aids from ELANEE Phase I consist of a set of four different weights that enable active pelvic floor training based on the biofeedback principle.
The biofeedback principle is based on the fact that the Kegels glide out of the vagina due to their own weight. The pelvic floor muscles respond actively by tightening spontaneously and automatically even more to hold the weight. These repeated active contractions promote muscle building – just like weight training with dumbbells.

Four different weights in the set allow you to increase the active training intensity. The training weight is increased when the muscles can hold a Kegel with ease. This way, a significant increase can be achieved.
can be achieved from the lightest to the heaviest weight. Active training with pelvic floor training aids is beneficial for women of all ages. It is used during pregnancy and after childbirth to prevent pelvic floor weaknesses and facilitate recovery.
Additionally, it is ideal for reducing, eliminating, and preventing urinary incontinence (stress incontinence) in women, especially during menopause and perimenopause.
