Manual Erection System

The MANUAL Erection System is a medical device designed to achieve an erection. The manually operated vacuum pump for the penis creates a negative pressure in the cylinder around the penis. This causes the erectile tissue to fill with blood, leading to an erection. One of the retaining rings is then rolled over the shaft of the penis. It prevents blood from flowing back when the cylinder is removed, thus maintaining the erection. With the maintained erection, normal and satisfying sexual intercourse is possible.

The MANUAL Erection System can be easily cleaned with warm water and soap. All parts, including the retaining rings in the four different sizes, can still be reordered even after years. All parts can be stored in the supplied bag.

Common causes of impotence and erectile dysfunction include, for example, diabetes, heart and vascular diseases, side effects of various medications (e.g., antihypertensives), prostate issues, abdominal surgeries, age-related changes, hormonal or psychological causes. Substances such as alcohol and nicotine also affect erectile ability.
