The Mini-Wright Peak Flow Meter was introduced in the 1970s to leverage the benefits of peak flow monitoring in medical practices and for patients at home around the world. It represented a significant advancement in asthma management, as it allowed for an objective measurement of airway constriction, enabling appropriate actions to be taken based on this constriction.

By using our disposable mouthpieces with a valve, you can use the Mini-Wright Peak Flow Meter for multiple patients. The disposable mouthpiece with a valve is simply attached to the Mini-Wright Peak Flow Meter. For adaptation to the Mini-Wright Peak Flow Meter Low Range, you will need the pediatric adapter (M61130-07). The valve allows patients to exhale but not inhale, thus preventing cross-infections with other patients. The coated outer shell and the edge of the disposable mouthpiece provide a comfortable test for the patient without softening the cardboard.
The Mini-Wright has been extensively tested in combination with the disposable mouthpiece by Clement Clarke and guarantees the highest measurement accuracy.
